Troubleshooting: The videos aren't playing!

If you are clicking the link to your Learning Library and the videos aren't playing, the issue is almost always the firewall.

Have you just tried opening your Learning Library links to find that the webpage loads, but the videos do not? More often than not, this is an issue caused by your school's or district's firewall, or security settings. This issue is very quick and simple to resolve, but it will require the help of your school/district's IT Director.

To make sure there are no issues of the Sports for Learning Video Library being blocked, the following websites would need to be "white-listed", so that they are viewable by students.

More often than not, white-listing these websites will allow our videos to play without any issue. If your problems persist, just send an email to jimmy@sportsforlearning.com and we will walk through some other solutions.
